About us

Our group is made up of guides who belong to the Regional College of Alpine Guides and Vulcanologists of Sicily, the Italian regulations which ensure that these professionals are the only ones who are qualified to lead groups on active volcanoes and in the whole area of the island (quadro law of 2 January 1989 number 6 and the regional law of 6 April 1996). The Etna guides are also the ones to continue a tradition of accompanying people on the volcano which has gone on for more than three centuries.
